Bone Marrow Aspiration II
My blood results came back today and they were low again. Since both my white blood cells AND platelets are low, they want me to get a bone-marrow aspiration. They had a cancellation, so I get to go in tomorrow at 10:20am. This is the one where they screw a thing into my hip and then suck out bone marrow. I had one of these before. I am not totally sure what they are looking for, but I guess there are a number of things that could be causing the low blood cell counts.

well, my initial reaction was "OH MY GOD, OW!" and the look that comes with that is still pretty much frozen on my face. i really, really hope youre okay/ it went well. oh and i was notified that you heeded my advice and got the haircut. gooood work, jpiddy. i'll see you tomorrow/sunday probably. OH YEAH, answer my question! 2 weeks or 3? (summer camp)

Hey there, Jason - I just found out your blogsite is back up and running, which proves you can hide from your wierd auntie, but not forever! In reviewing my old file on you (kind of like the FBI, huh?) I rediscovered an email that had been sent to me from a well-wisher interested in your case. She suggested learning about a "Blood Type Diet" and directed me to www.dadamo.com. Check it out. You've already learned that diet is important, maybe take it a step further. Remember that YOU are the head doctor for yourself, and all those others are there for your conferencing.
